You are requested to confirm any reservation changes you may
have made by June 4th. We will then send you invoices for the
balance of all fees. We will accept new and modified reservations
through the on-line system only until June 4th. After that all
changes to numbers will be processed manually and will carry a late
penalty fee. After June 4th you will be asked to submit your rosters and all
other player and guest information in detail through the on-line
registration system. The requested information will include details
such as travel information for the airport pick-up, choice of
accommodation package, reservations for extra nights before or
after the tournament, the opportunity to specify your roommate at
your hotel, dietary information, etc. We will also ask you to
upload digital pictures of each of the players on your team. If at
all possible, please try to use a consistent look for the pictures
with the players preferably wearing your team uniform, as we would
like to make this material available to the media and general
public as well. A full team withdrawing from the tournament after June 4th will
forfeit the entire player and guest fees paid for that team. Cancelling an individual player after this date forfeits 50% of
the fees paid for that player. (See medical exception in refund
table.) This is absolutely the final date we will accept registrations
of new teams to the tournament. Registration is considered to
have taken place once we have received your team fee. A 10% surcharge will be required for all accommodation packages
reserved after June 4th. A 10% surcharge will be required for all new player and guest
