Player fee

The player fee will grant a person the right to participate in the WFDF 2004 World Ultimate & Guts Championships. Players will receive a player's package with ID-card and handbook and have access to tournament services including bus transportations throughout the week, medical services, evening events and more.

A player may participate in both ultimate and guts. Players choosing to do so should register only as an ultimate player to avoid double bookings. If a player participates in both ultimate and guts, only the player fee for ultimate needs to be paid.

A person wishing to participate in the event without actually playing in any division will be offered a guest package. It includes access to all venues and events during the tournament and bus transportations. Guests can be considered members of a team or travelling individually.

Penalties for late fees

A 10% surcharge will be required for all player and guest packages reserved after June 4th.

A 5% surcharge will be required for all meal packages reserved after June 4th.

Refund policy

The following refund policy applies to fees that have been paid for WUGC2004 participation and packages. Please note that by default we will deduct all refunds from your remaining payments and thus save banking charges. If you wish to have the refund wired back to you, you need to provide us with your bank account number and a swift code and/or ABA routing number. In this case you will have to bear the banking charges incurred at your end of the transfer.

Team fee: There is no refund on the team fee.

Player fees, guest fees, accommodation, meals, airport pickup:

A full team withdrawing from the tournament after June 4th will forfeit the entire player, guest, accommodation, meal and transportation fees paid for that team.

An individual player withdrawing from the tournament (when their team remains registered) after June 4th but before July 4th shall receive a 50% refund of all player, guest, accommodation, meal and transportation fees paid for that player.

An individual player withdrawing from the tournament (when their team remains registered) after July 4th shall forfeit his/her entire player, guest, accommodation, meal and transportation fees. The only exception is when an individual player has suffered an injury or medical condition and this is supported by a doctors letter. In such cases an 80% refund on all fees shall be made.
