Bus transportation

The WUGC2004 bus network of 15 bus routes will take you to all venues and hotels. Below are all routes and schedules. Please study the game schedules and bus schedules in advance to ensure smooth transportation between locations.

Please do not disturb or hassle the drivers while they are working. The drivers have predetermined timetables and routes and cannot fulfil special requests without risking the operation of the entire bus network.

N.B.: If a bus is too full to fit all passengers, players on their way to their own game always have priority, even if this means someone else has to get off the bus.

Bus stops

Turku downtown: the bus stop is located in front of the Orthodox Church on Yliopistonkatu.
Kupittaa: the bus stop is located behind Veritas stadium at the far end of the parking lot.
