Accommodation

We have made special arrangements to ensure everybody gets accommodated at very reasonable costs. We strongly recommend that all participants book their accommodation through WUGC2004. That way we can avoid extra costs resulting from double bookings, optimize transportation and logistics, and make sure the tournament runs smoothly and on schedule.

Team allocations to accommodations now available!

Packages are divided into categories. Each category corresponds to a type of accommodation of a certain level of comfort and service. There may be one or more hotels, hostels or other accommodators that are similar within a category. The TOC will allocate people so that teams are kept together and so that bus logistics are optimized. Special wishes are naturally also respected.

Every package, except category G (school accommodation), has the following features:

2 persons per room, unless otherwise stated

Free parking

For all packages, the number of days can be adjusted both ways. Prices will adjust accordingly. Also room types and other details can be chosen later. Instructions on how to adjust your package will be given at a later date. In any case, packages should be reserved first and adjusted later.

There are separate packages for guts players. The guts tournament begins on Tuesday, August 3rd and lasts until Friday, August 6th. Therefore guts packages include only 5 nights from August 2nd to August 7th. Otherwise guts packages are no different.

School accommodation can be reserved only between July 29th and August 9th.

As the least expensive lodging alternative, we offer a school very close to Kupittaa fields. We will provide simple camping or gym mattresses. You will also have access to common showers and a common kitchen. This category does not include breakfast, see meal packages for separate breakfast package.

Camping will not be possible during WUGC2004, as there are no suitable camping sites, nor suitable places for a temporary camping site, nearby.
